Schedule Editor / Report Designer
This is a multi-purpose GameTime function used for viewing the schedule, editing the schedule and designing and producing reports from the schedule.
You can edit each of the games right in the grid that fills most of the Schedule Editor window. Some things about the games, though aren't shown in this line listing. Click on the "Details >>" button (at the bottom) to reveal all the details about the selected game (plus some more tools to manipulate the schedule). On the Game Details Page, you can assign officials, among other things.
After making any changes to a game in this window, your changes are evaluated to immediately detect any conflicts that were created.
You can also customize how your report looks using the Schedule Editor window.
Basically, you can change:
- The way the schedule is sorted (click on the column headers)
- Which columns are printed or not (right-click the column header and choose "Hide" or "Show")
- The order of the columns (click and drag the column headers)
- The font & font color of each column (right click the column header and select "Properties")
- The width of each column (click and drag the line between columns)
- The number of characters displayed for each column (right click the column header and select "Properties")
- The titles to appear on the report (go to the Report Titles Page )
- The graphics to appear on the report (perfect for selling advertising space to sponsors; also on the Report Titles Page)
