GameTime Scheduler for Windows Help File
Report Options Page

You can adjust how GameTime produces your schedule report by changing the options on this page. This can affect the sorting and grouping of the games in your schedule, and which games are hidden. You can also adjust how the divider lines between days, weeks, sets, etc. appear, if at all.
For example, you can create a report for a specific team by selecting "Team" in the "Group By" box, and then selecting the specific team that you want to show in the report in the "Include" drop-down pick list.
Another example: Create a report showing all the games to which each official is assigned, with a line separating the game for one official from the games for the next official.
- Select "Official" in the "Group By" box
- Select "Line" from the drop-down pick list next to "Group" in the "Break On" box.
- Leave "All" selected in the drop-down pick list next to "Include".
One more example: Create a report with one page for each field, showing all the games on that field, along with all the available slots on that field that do not have a game assigned. A line will separate the games on different days. (Note: available slots are NOT contained in the GameTime master schedule)
- Select "Field" in the "Group By" box
- Select "Page" from the drop-down pick list next to "Group" in the "Break On" box.
- Select "Line" from the drop-down pick list next to "Day" in the "Break On" box.
- Leave "All" selected in the drop-down pick list next to "Include".
- Mark the checkbox labeled "Empty Slots".
These are all the options you can change: (click on an option to see more detail about it)
- Report Definition File ( .GTR ) tools:
- Group By: Select how the games are grouped together. (You can think of this as how the games are sorted before they are sorted by the "Sort Order", however you can also add "breaks" based on this group by using the "Break On" settings. )
- Show: Select which games, game slots, and officials are included in the report.
- Sort Order: Change what order the games are put in the schedule
