GameTime Scheduler for Windows Help File
Game List
This grid shows a "pre-preview" of what your schedule will look like in the final report. The difference between this grid and the report is that you can actually edit the games in this grid. Also, titles and page breaks are not shown in this grid, and hidden columns are visible (but the header for hidden columns has a dark background).
After you make changes in the game list, GameTime automatically checks your changes for consistency with the rest of the schedule. Any conflicts that are found are shown to you and you are given the opportunity to correct them.
You can create and save many different Report Designs. Click here for more instructions on using report designs.
Formatting columns is accomplished by right clicking on the column header. When you click on the header with the right mouse button, a shortcut menu will appear with the choices:
· Hide -- Don't show this column on the report (if the column is already hidden, this option will be disabled)
· Show -- Do show this column on the report (if the column is not hidden, this option will be disabled)
· Order by this -- Use this column as the sort order for the entire report. If you choose to sort by home team or visitor team, the report will sort by home division then home team or visitor division then visitor team, respectively, since the division is considered part of the team name.
· Properties -- Select this to change the Font, Size and other formatting options for the column (such as seperator lines).
By right clicking on specific game items (such as fields, divisions and teams) you can choose to:
· Rename -- Change the name of that item everywhere it appears in the schedule.
· Delete -- Remove every reference to that item from the schedule.
· Delete Game -- Delete the game that you right clicked on.
