GameTime Scheduler for Windows Help File

Week Definition Grid

The Week Definition Grid is an easy to use tool for telling GameTime when your fields are available to schedule games on them. You have one line for each day of the week (the first day of the week can be set in GameTime's options) and green vertical guidelines to let you know where each hour boundry lies.

Just click on the grid somewhere near where you want a new field time for the selected team, and a new Time Slot Definition Block will appear under the mouse cursor. Now, drag this block to the time and day you want it to be on. To remove a Time Slot Definition Block, click on it and drag it off of the grid and drop it somewhere else in the window. (Or, right click on the Time Slot Definition Block and select "Delete")

Note: If you want a new time slot to be available only for a specific date span then select the proper start and/or end date in the effective date span group at the bottom of the window. All new time slots have as their date span the currently effective date span shown at the bottom of the window whether they were typed or selected using the "Prev Date Span" and "Next Date Span" buttons.

"I used to dread little league season, with all the hours of paperwork. Trying to schedule all the teams, registering and keeping track of all the players was an absolute nightmare. Your software was an answer to my prayers!
