Normally, GameTime leave the extra slots that weren't used in each week in the schedule without any teams assigned. This can make editing the schedule easier, since you can simply swap scheduled games with the unscheduled slots; However, you can "Clear Unscheduled Slots" to remove this chaff and make saving & loading the schedule quicker.
