GameTime Scheduler for Windows Help File

Master Schedule (def)

The master schedule contains all the finalized games that are considered the "real" schedule. The LAS is usually considered the master schedule because it contains the actual game schedule that will be used during the season, but GameTime can maintain a seperate master schedule whether or not you also have LAS.

When producing new schedules, you may want to add each one to the master schedule as you finish proof-checking them, and use the current master as a "coordinate with" schedule (on the schedule wizard step 5 ) when producing each new schedule, to make sure you don't create any game overlap conflicts.

You can have more than one master schedule; however, because it is made up of several files with fixed file names ( SEASON.DBF, SEASON.CDX, DIVISION.DBF, DIVISION.CDX, TEAM.DBF, TEAM.CDX, SCHEDULE.DBF, SCHEDULE.CDX )

See Working with a Master Database.

"I used to dread little league season, with all the hours of paperwork. Trying to schedule all the teams, registering and keeping track of all the players was an absolute nightmare. Your software was an answer to my prayers!
