GameTime Scheduler for Windows Help File

Division (def)

A group of teams that are scheduled together and play against each other. This grouping often is the same as the age groups a league is divided into, but doesn't have to be the same thing. GameTime supports scheduling a maximum of two "divisions" against each other by including both divisions in the same schedule file. This creates some inter-division games. A division can have a maximum of 30 teams in it -- when creating inter-division games in a two division schedule, the two divisions together can have a maximum of 30 teams. If one of your age groups has more than thirty teams in it, you have to divide it and schedule it as multiple divisions.

If you are used to GameTime for Dos, you should make note that the "Division" and Divsision File in GameTime for Dos corresponds to the Schedule File (.GTS) in GameTime for Windows, and that the Sub-division from GameTime for Dos corresponds to this Division in GameTime for Windows.

"I used to dread little league season, with all the hours of paperwork. Trying to schedule all the teams, registering and keeping track of all the players was an absolute nightmare. Your software was an answer to my prayers!
